We have hosted a variety of events beyond birthday parties, including Make Your Own Sundae & Pie Nights, Baystate Children's Hospital Extra Life Gaming Challenge and MORE!

We LOVE hosting birthday parties!

Below, please find details:

• $75 per hour space rental (includes staffing for your event, use of the space for up to an hour before to decorate), BYO food, drinks & décor. There is a 2 hour minimum.
• We will write a nice Happy Birthday message to the birthday person on our chalk board and put up a nice sign on our door. We can also provide customized coloring pages!
• Birthday boy/girl eat FREE!
• Video games available. If your child/birthday person has a favorite console/game, with enough notice, we can likely ensure we have it!
• $10 per child for make your own sundae bar option: children will receive their choice of soft serve or hard scoop ice cream & will add their own toppings. All unused toppings go home with the host.
• A la carte option: Order anything you'd like off of the menu at our current rates + applicable taxes.

During our regular season (May - September), birthday parties can be hosted between 11am & 3pm, prior to business hours. During our off-season (October - April), times may be a bit more flexible!

Do you coach a local sports team? Are you a member of the PTO for your elementary school? No matter what your affiliation, we value the importance of giving back to our community.

Scoops has hosted a variety of Give Back Nights and would love to support you!
